Kou Kei Ran[]

A young Chinese woman and a member of the Hong-Kong branch of the ICPO. She accompanied Shotaro and Otsuka on their mission to thwart Chin's plots in the episode "The Pritheum Plot/Nemesis: Kung-Fu Robo. Not only was Kou Kei Ran one of the top agents of the branch, but she was also a skilled martial artist and a formidable fighter. With her skill in Chinese martial arts, Kou Kei Ran could easily whip enemies with ease. Kou Rei Ran is perhaps one of the most memorable minor characters in the show.

Kengam[]

A middle-aged European man who was a member of the British branch of the ICPO. Appearing exclusively in the episode "The Curse of Dracula", Kengam was investigating the mysterious murders that happened around England in which several ICPO members died horrifically at the hands of bats (which turned out to be robots that were laced with a deadly venom that kills the victims instantly upon being bitten). Kengam accompanies Shotaro and Otsuka to investigate not only the deaths, but also the mystery concerning Dracula (who turned not being the real Dracula, but a deranged man in cosplay who had a personal vendetta against the ICPO.) As the group travels to an abandoned cavern, they are attacked by a flock of bats. And in the midst of the attack, Kengam is bitten by one of the bats, and dies from its venom. With the defeat of Dracula and his giant mummy mecha, Kengam is given a proper burial, and Shotaro and Otsuka pay their respects to the fallen officer.
